About Us

Our Story


Our passion for cooking began early! We met and joined forces while studying cooking and pastry. We then pursued our dream for culinary creation and hospitality by establishing "Fasolaki", a food and stay experience in Skopelos in 2020 offering traditional cooking classes at our terrace overlooking Skopelos port.

Our food is delicious and creative, using old Skopelian recipes, local ingredients from selected farmers and fresh herbs from our garden. With a good sense of humor and with great passion on what we do, we gather people from all around the world to our hands on cooking class, sharing culinary traditions and great stories.
