Get ready for a delightful Tuesday experience! Indulge in our mouthwatering Skopelian feta cheese wrapped in crispy phyllo dough and fried to perfection,  drizzled with luscious Skopelian honey and  topped with roasted sesame seeds. Dive into our smoky eggplant dip in pine cones, served on our homemade sourdough bread, and savor the delicious stuffed tomatoes and peppers (gemista) filled with fresh vegetables, aromatic, and fluffy rice. Don’t miss our chamali, a traditional almond dessert infused with fragrant rosewater!

 

Session lasts approximately 3.5 hours including a delicious dinner at the end. Sessions are conducted in English, Cost is 80 euros per person payable in cash on-site. Suitable for vegetarians!

WEDNESDAY
a liquid journey through Greece: from ouzo to mastiha

Begin your journey with a taste of tradition — a welcome of ouzo and tsipouro, accompanied by a selection of small Greek tapas.

From there, explore three exceptional local wines — a crisp white, a delicate rosé, and a bold red — each thoughtfully paired with fine Greek cheeses.

The experience ends on a sweet note: two distinctive local liqueurs, one rich with prunes and the other infused with the aromatic charm of mastiha.

This is more than a tasting — it’s a journey into the heart of Greek hospitality, where every sip tells a story of craft, culture, and the joy of sharing a table with friends.

This session lasts about 2 hours. Session is conducted in English. Cost is 100 euros per person payable in cash on-site. Adults only.

Get ready for an incredible Thursday packed with iconic and must tr culinary experiences! Join us as we craft the beloved Greek dish, moussakas, featuring  layers of potatoes and eggplants, savory minced beef nestled in a rich red sauce, all crowned with creamy béchamel. We'll also whip up zucchini balls, bursting with fresh herbs and cheese, served alongside a traditional tzatziki yogurt dip. And to finish off, we'll delight in chamali, a traditional almond dessert infused with fragrant rosewater!

 

This exciting class lasts about 3.5 hours, including a fabulous dinner at the end. Conducted in English. Cost is 95 euros per person, payable in cash on-site. Menu can be modified for our vegetarian friends! Don’t let this delicious opportunity pass by!
